RSA submits response to Government review of pub and hotel valuation
Following our previous update on the Government’s Call for Evidence, the Rating Surveyors’ Association submitted its response on behalf of its membership on 15th October 2026.
The response supports the continued use of established valuation methodologies for public houses and hotels, while calling for greater transparency, improved evidence gathering and benchmarking, and more structured engagement with stakeholders.
