CCA Update - 19th Dec

From the VOA:

 

The Check and Challenge service will be offline from 4pm on Wednesday 19 December and will be back online around 1am on Thursday 20 December while we make some planned improvements.

 

The changes include:

 

  • Digital challenge Journey
  • Customers will be able to submit a challenge via the digital service rather than needing to use the manual forms and email (for non-digital checks the manual route will remain in place).
  • From the customer dashboard customers can select to start and submit a challenge and be able to upload any evidence or supporting statements.
  • Additional check auto correspondence
  • Property linking auto correspondence
  • Automated check correspondence API in live environment (this will handle the additional correspondence listed above)
  • Some internal improvements
